I’m Sierra—most know me as Sisi. I’ve spent the last decade mastering high-impact blonding, color, and extensions, specializing in transformative results on naturally dark hair. What started behind the chair quickly evolved into something bigger—because my true passion isn’t just creating beautiful hair… it’s creating powerful artists.

Over the past 8+ years, I’ve built my career as a traveling educator, teaching stylists across the country how to elevate not only their blonding techniques, but their confidence, pricing, and overall business. My work has earned top placements in platinum-level competitions from Florida to Chicago to Los Angeles—experiences that now shape the foundation of every class I teach.

Today, education isn’t just part of what I do—it is the focus. I’m here to raise the standard, refine your skillset, and help you step into your next level with clarity and intention.
