Over the years I have fine tuned and perfected my craft for blonding, color and extensions - which has led me to my biggest passion of it all… teaching! I have been an independent traveling educator for the last 4 years, teaching stylists all over the country how to elevate their business and blonding game.

Hey there, I’m Sierra (but you can call me Sisi for short). I’m a 26 year old who was born and raised in California and have been a hair stylist here for just over five years now. I’m a lover of all things beauty; hair, makeup, fashion, you name it! I know how hard it can be getting started in this industry, so I’m determined to make a mark by helping to elevate stylists’ lives and make an impact in the hair world/beauty world.
I have a strong passion for helping others and boosting their confidence, whether they be a client or fellow stylist, which is why I launch my group classes and 2-on-1 programs! It truly makes me so happy seeing others expand their talent and knowledge and knowing that I got to be a part of their journey.

The very first salon I ever worked at was rough, and long story short - I truly understand how it is to feel helpless and lost in the industry, to have no help from anyone and feel like you are just failing day after day. Resilience and determination is what pushed me through to never give up and keep pursuing success even if it was difficult. Passion is just one piece to a very large puzzle, and I am committed to help you find all the other pieces!
